The titular “Taupe Haze” works in-tandem with “Oil Grey” detailing to create an arrangement reminiscent of a mythical Friend’s & Family pair by Travis Scott. Hits of “Infrared 23” across the tongue and outsole deviate from the understated schemes prevalent in La Flame’s collaborative catalog. Yet, the Jordan 4‘s most note-worthy component has been the cracked construction throughout the forefoot, midfoot and tongue. Given how many wear and tear-away propositions have released in 2020, speculation has emerged that the imperfect paneling may reveal different hues underneath.
