Description
The colorway is inspired by the Denver Broncos , hence the nickname yet some Nike SB heads call them Nike Dunk SB Reverse Supa. The upper is constructed from a combination of leather and nubuck. They feature a white midsole, common among Nike Dunk SB‘s, and an orange outsole, which does help add to the shoe’s beauty. These would make a nice addition to any sneaker collection. Although they are still simple, they still have some flare about them, making them very popular among collectors.
The colorway does seem like the reverse of the first SB dunks to drop. These also came out during the “thinner tongue” era of SB’s. The tongue is still stuffed, but less so than dunks that would come before and after.
How Are The Materials?
The suede areas are very smooth and the leather is supple. The leather does have some texture even though it’s not what I would call pebbled. The materials are excellent overall, which is typical of dunks from this era. The shoe is well built, and while these might not have the fame of other dunks from that time, they keep up in terms of looks and construction.
How Do They Fit?
Nike Dunk Low SB Broncos fit true to size and are very comfortable. The thinner tongue allows for a little bit more room, so I might have even been able to go down a half size. The shoe is a little heavy compared to the ninja sock type shoes popular today. This is mostly due to the materials used and solid build mentioned above. That doesn’t mean these are not comfortable; they are among some of the comfiest dunks I own!
